Ingredients required for almond pie :

4 Blue Circle Frozen

2 cups almond flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon ground paprika

Half  teaspoon sea salt

1    In the first step preheat your oven to in the baking dish or parchment paper place the lemon slices down as a platform for the fish. With the help of paper towel dry pat cod fillets.

2    Take a medium bowl and add the almond flour garlic powder, paprika, sea salt and ground black pepper and whisk together till well combined.

3    Take small bowl and add lemon juice and olive oil and stir well till it combined properly.

4    Dip cod fillet one by one into the olive oil and lemon mixture then place each soak fillet into the almond flour mixture and lavishly coat fish on both sides.

5    Now gently place one by one coated fillet on top of the lemon slices on the baking sheet.

6    Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes till it looks golden brown.

7    Leave it cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
