It can be hard work to find nutritious snacks which children really want to consume.
If you are a huge fan of making children’s snack time as enjoyable as possible; turning it from mindless feeding into an experience they will indulge in, then make recipes like this which is simple easy yet super exciting. The recipe is so simple indeed.

Only peel a banana, apply a sticky topping such as peanut butter or melted chocolate and then add a coating.
Use sprinkles like chia seeds, rice crispies, and shredded coconut, but you can get creative and use everything you have at home.

Chop the banana and serve straight away in bite-sized bits. You can also try to get the children to eat the same using chopsticks.

Ingredients Required:

 1 tortilla made of flour
 1 peeled banana
 2-3 spoonful’s of peanut butter
 A tiny Nutella smear
 Chopped almonds, chia seeds, shredded coconut: optional toppings
Tips and Suggestions
 There is always almond butter or cashew butter if you don't like peanut butter.
 It can be messy to spread the peanut butter on the banana, use a banana that is just
turning ripe. When spreading on the peanut butter, an overly ripe banana would be too
soft to work with.
 You can easily prepare this recipe in advance and store it up to two times in an air-tight
jar in the refrigerator.
 Replace with your favorite nuts, such as chopped pecans, macadamia nuts, pistachios,
cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, or add walnuts.

 Make use of cacao nibs or chocolate chunks for extra chocolaty taste.

Preparing Procedure

(1) Spread one side of a tortilla with peanut butter. Attach a thin layer of Nutella.
(2) Sprinkle with optional toppings and gently press them into the peanut butter to make
sure they adhere.
(3) Peel the banana and straighten it a little (if it cracks a little, it is okay). Place Nutella on
top.
