BBQ Quesadilla Recipe Easy & Quick Home Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients required for BBQ Quesadilla Recipe

1 tbsp. Extra-virgin olive oil

1 Bell pepper, sliced

1/2 Yellow onion, sliced

1/2 tsp. Chilli powder

Kosher salt freshly ground black pepper

3 c. Shredded Monterey Jack

3 c. Shredded cheddar

4 c. Shredded chicken

1 Avocado, thinly sliced

1 Green onion, thinly sliced

Sour cream, for serving

 How to prepare BBQ Quesadilla Recipe

1    Preheat your oven to 390 º and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

2   In a medium pan over medium heat up the oil and add pepper and onion and season with chilli powder, salt, and pepper. Cook well and transfer it to a plate.
3   In the same medium bowl whisk together cheeses.

4   Now add one and a half cups of cheese mixture into the middle of the prepared baking sheets. And spread it in a circle shape.

5   Now bake cheese for 5 to 10 minutes and Add onion-pepper mixture, shredded chicken, and avocado slices to one half of each.

6   Let it cool and now use the parchment paper and a small spatula to gently lift and fold one side of the cheese     “tortilla” over the side with the fillings.

7    Now heat the oven again for 2-3 minutes and repeat the making procedure for 2 more quesadillas.

8    Now cut each quesadilla into parts. You can garnish with green onion on top before serving.
