Ingredients Required for Eggless Pancakes:

• ¾ cup (93gms) all-purpose flour
• 4 tablespoon (30gms) milk powder
• 2 tablespoon (15gms) caster sugar
• ½ teaspoon (1.5gms) baking soda



• ½ cup + 2 tablespoon (150ml) milk
• 1.5 teaspoon (5ml) vinegar
• 2 t tablespoon (30ml) oil

How to prepare:

1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take all-purpose flour, baking soda, milk powder and sugar. Mix until nicely combined.

2. In a Separate bowl, add milk and vinegar to make buttermilk. Leave it for 5 minutes.

3. We have to add the milk mixture into the dry ingredients along with oil.

4. Additionally, add ½ cup more milk and make smooth flowing consistency batter.


5. Heat a non-stick pan and grease with butter.

6. Add about ¼ cup of the batter. Do not spread. Simmer and Let the pancakes cook slowly. At the time you see bubbles on top, flip the pancakes delicately.

7. Finally, serve eggless pancake with some butter and honey or maple syrup on top.
