Ingredients required for Keto French Meat Pie:

    2 low-carb coconut flour pie crust does not par-bake

12 ounces Daikon radish peeled, diced

    ½ cup onion finely chopped

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    ½ teaspoon salt

    1 clove garlic minced

    2 pounds of ground pork

    5 teaspoon bells seasoning

    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    ¼ teaspoon celery seed

    ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

   One/4 teaspoon Allspice

   ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

   1 teaspoon salt

  ¼ teaspoon pepper

  1 large egg beaten

How to prepare the Best French Meat Pie

1 First we have to preheat our oven to 400F and then assemble the pie crust dough and make sure to double the recipe for two pie crusts.

2    Then shape the dough into a ball shape, flatten it and wrap it in plastic paper and keep it in the refrigerator.

3    Take the radish and peel it and chop it.

4    Then peel the onion and chop it.

5    Take a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil to it.

6    When heated up the oil add the onion, radish and pinch of salt and stir well for one to two minutes.

7    Then add the pork to it and cooks well.

8    Then add dry spices and seasonings and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes and remove from the heat.

9     Place half the pork filling into the food processor and work in batches and grind it well.

Assemble the Pie: Best French Meat Pie

1    Remove the dough from the fridge and divide the dough into half.

2    Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll into 12 inches diameter.

3    Carefully place the dough into the pie pan and remove the excess crust on the edges.

4    Then add the meat filling, and with the help brush the edges with beaten egg.

5    Roll out the dough and place it on top of the filling.

6    Then fold the top crust under the bottom crust or flute the edges.

7    Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes or till it turns golden brown in colour.

8    Before serving allow it to cool fully.
