  2 packs ricotta cheese (500 g/ 1.1 lb)

  2 large eggs

  Two tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

  2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (226 g/ 8 oz)

  1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese (45 g/ 1.6 oz)

1   To create this keto butternut squash lasagne, you’ll first need to prepare the filling. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and basil. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly combined.
