Crispy Broccoli Cheese Rounds. These crispy keto broccoli cheese rounds are quick and easy low carb snack ideas and are my definitely favourite. This unique recipe is simple to make with just a few ingredients cheesy broccoli keto. These are nice snacks. Enjoy!

Who says keto is boring? Occasionally the simplest dishes are the yummiest. I think I have searched for my new favourite food. It is perfect for snacks or as an evening snack; you should make it this week. If you try these, let me know what cheese you think these pair good with.

Ingredients required for Keto Crispy Broccoli Cheese Rounds:

    1 bag frozen broccoli rice (2 cups)

    Shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)

    1 large egg

    2 tbsps. Almond flour

    Garlic salt to seasoning


How to prepare low-carb Broccoli cheese rounds:

If you cannot afford frozen broccoli we will make it at home Firstly you have to know, how to make the broccoli rice.

To make the broccoli rice takes 1 broccoli and grate well. When you grate them properly squeeze well with your hands to remove excess water.

1    Now cover it with a paper towel for 10-15 minutes and leave it.

2   After 10-15 minutes squeeze more to remove excessive moisturizer in it.

3   Your broccoli rice is ready.

4   Now cook this broccoli rice /frozen broccoli rice into the pan.

5   Take a pan add water into it add broccoli rice and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.

6    When cooks well drain it with a strainer or squeeze well.

7    Now let it cool for 10 minutes.

8   Take a bowl and add broccoli rice, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, almond flour and seasoning to taste.

9    Take a mixture and make a round ball.

10   Do the same process with the remaining mixture.

11   Now place these balls on a greased parchment paper or baking sheet.

12   With your hands knead them a bit.

13  Now bake it for 10-15 minutes till it looks golden brown or cooks well.

14   Serve on a plate and eat with low carb sauce.
