Ingredients required for Easy zucchini lasagna:

Zucchini sheets

14 oz. zucchini, finely sliced

Meat sauce. zucchini lasagna

2 tbsp olive oil

1 (4 oz.) yellow onion, finely chopped



2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1½ lbs ground beef or ground turkey

1 tablespoon dried basil

one tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

4 tablespoon tomato paste

3 tablespoon water

Cheese sauce

1½ cups heavy whipping cream

2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheese, divided

1 garlic clove, minced



salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

How to prepare zuchhini lasagana

1   Preheat your oven to 400degrees and 200degrees Celsius. And set separately baking dish around 20*25cm.

 

2  Peel the zucchini and cut it into slices lengthwise.

 

3   Now place the zucchini slices into paper and lightly sprinkle salt on each of them. Leave it for 10 minutes.

 

4  Take a pan over medium heat and heat oil. When oil is heated up properly add chopped garlic and onion. Sauté well.



5  In the same pan add the ground meat, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well cooked.

 

6  Now add tomato paste and keep the flame simmer for 10 minutes and stir continuously.

 

7  Take a saucepan on medium heat and add half of the shredded cheese, cream, and 2 cloves of garlic. Once start bubbling keep the flame simmer for 5 minutes till the sauce thickens. salt and pepper accordingly.

 

8  On the bottom of the baking dish spread the meat sauce. Now cover with cheese sauce and then cover with zucchini slices on top, in a single layer. Repeat the same and sprinkle the cheese on top.





9  Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes till the cheese is golden. Leave it for 10 minutes to allow it to set.

 

10  Serve and enjoy.
