Ingredients required for Keto Pancakes:

2 large eggs at room temperature

1 teaspoon coconut oil melted

1/4 cup milk of choice I used unsweetened coconut milk

1 cup almond flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon granulated sweetener of choice optional

How to prepare Keto Fluffy Almond Pancakes:

1      Take a bowl and add beaten eggs, coconut oil, and milk and mix well till well combined.

2      Take another bowl and add almond flour and baking powder and mix well.

3      Carefully fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir well till well combined.

4      Take a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

5      Pour ¼ cup spoonful of batter on the pan and then cover it.

6      Let the pancakes cook for 2 to 3 minutes and carefully flip the pancakes and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

7     Do the same process with the remaining pancakes.

8     Serve and enjoy!
