Ingredients required for Keto Cinnamon bread:

Eggs

Erythritol powder

Coconut powder
Unsweetened almond milk

Vanilla extract

Ground cinnamon

Almond flour

Coconut flour

Baking powder

Ingredients required for Cinnamon swirl:

½ cup Erythritol

1 ½ tablespoon Ground Cinnamon

 

Almond flour cinnamon bread/How to prepare Keto Cinnamon bread:

1 Firstly, you have to preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2  Take a loaf pan and grease with melted butter and add parchment paper and grease parchment paper.

3  Take a small bowl and we have to prepare the cinnamon swirl, add erythritol and cinnamon and mix well with a hand mixer till well combined.

4  Take another bowl and add eggs, unsweetened powder, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla and mix well and make sure it does not create lumps.

5  Take a bowl and add almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder and stir well till well combined.

6  Now we have to pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients.

7  Now with the help of a spoon stir all the ingredients until it forms a bread batter with no lumps.

8  Now move this batter into the loaf pan.

9  Now we have to add cinnamon/erythritol mixture and we have to add the remaining batter and sprinkle erythritol mixture on top of the bread.

10 Now bake it for 20 to 25 minutes into the oven and keep baking till the toothpick comes out clean.

11 Now remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour it takes time to cool down.

12 Your Keto Cinnamon bread is ready.

13 We can store it for 3- 4 days in an airtight container.
