Ingredients required for carb-free naan bread: garlic naan at home 

3cups Mozzarella cheese

2 Full-fat Greek yoghurt

2large Eggs

1 1/2cups Almond flour, naan flour


1 Baking powder

2 butter

1/2 Garlic powder

1 Fresh parsley (chopped)

How to prepare keto naan with almond flour: make naan at home

1   Firstly garlic naan bread preheat your oven to 200C and put parchment paper on the baking sheet and grease with melted butter.

2   Take a large bowl and add yoghurt and shredded mozzarella and mix well and microwave it till melted properly.


3   Take a small bowl and add almond flour, baking powder and beaten egg and whisk together till well combined.

4   Now add flour mixture to the cheese mixture and knead the dough with your hands till it becomes a soft and smooth dough.

5   Form the dough into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes to make it smoother.

6   Now divide the dough into small parts and take one part and make a small ball then shape with your hands to flatbread shape as shown in the picture.

7   Do the same process with the same. And bake the naan one by one into the oven for around 5 to 10 minutes till cook well.


8   If you see any bubbles form flat them with a fork.

9   Take a small bowl and add butter and fresh parsley, brush over the naan and let it cook for another 1 minute.
