Ingredients required for Low Carb Fiesta Crunch wrap Burger Recipe:

FOR THE WRAPS

    12 large leaves of green cabbage, thick inner core removed

    1 lb. ground beef

    1 tsp. chilli powder

   1/2 tsp. paprika

   1/2 tsp. cumin

   Kosher salt

  Freshly ground black pepper

FOR THE CHEESE CRISPS

    2 c. shredded cheddar

FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE

   2 oz. cream cheese

  1/4 c. heavy cream

  1 tbsp. butter

  1/4 tsp. ground mustard

  1/8 tsp. garlic powder

  1 c. shredded cheddar 

TOPPINGS

  1 c. sour cream

  2 c. shredded lettuce

  1 c. chopped tomatoes

  1 c. shredded cheddar 

How to Make a Burger Wrap

1    Take a large pot and add water to it and add a pinch of salt in it.

2   Cook cabbage leaves till it is crispy and tender for about two minutes.

3   With the help of a spoon remove leaves and let the bowl drain.

Making cheese crisps:

 1    Take a large skillet over medium-high heat and add half a cup of cheese into a 4 to 5-inch round shape into the centre of the pan.

2     Let it sit till it is golden brown for a minute only.

3    With the help of a spoon or spatula release it and flip it and cook more for 15 minutes.

4    Make at least 4 crisps in total.

5    Add skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef and spices and season it with salt and pepper.

6    With the help of a wooden spoon cook it and break it into pieces.

 Making Cheese Sauce:



1    Take a small pan and add cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, ground mustard, and garlic powder and cook it over medium-high heat when melted well remove from heat and keep warm.

 Assemble Crunch wraps:

1    Firstly place the cabbage on a work surface and then cut the overlap on top to make it a big cabbage circle.

2    Then place another piece of cabbage.

3    With the help of a scoop add cooked ground beef into the centre of the cabbage and on the top add cheese crisp.

4    Then pour sour cream over crisp and drizzle with some cheese sauce.

5    Top with tomato, lettuce, and cheese and place a piece of cabbage on top.

6     Tightly fold the cabbage.

7     Do the same process with the remaining cabbage and fillings.

8    Serve with extra cheese and enjoy!
