Keto Alfredo Chicken, 100% Yummy & Low Carb Recipe

Keto Alfredo Chicken made for the first time and my hubby approves! I copied this recipe I found online. This recipe is relatively healthy and nutritious. There is no tastier than this recipe. It is one of the best keto recipes, you should try it.

It is a pasta sauce made with Parmesan cheese, butter and often cream.

Ingredients required for Keto Alfredo Chicken:

450 grams Chicken breasts This should be about 3 full breasts

100 grams Mushrooms

10 grams garlic

100 ml Heavy Cream

5 grams Parsley

Salt & Pepper to taste

1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil

1 Tbsp. Butter

How to prepare Keto Alfredo Chicken

1    Firstly season the chicken with salt and pepper from both sides.

2   Then gently chop the parsley and slice the mushrooms.

3    Take a pan and heat avocado oil in it.

4   When heated up the oil and chicken in it and cook well from both sides or till it is nicely cooked and remove the chicken into the plate.

5   In the same pan add butter and add garlic and sauté well.

6   Then add mushrooms in it and season it with salt and pepper and mix it well.

7   Then add a tablespoon of water to deglaze the pan.




8   Cook it for 4 to 5 minutes till the mushrooms release the water and then add heavy cream and mix it well.

9   Then place the chicken into the pan and garnish it with fresh parsley.

10   Turn off the flame and mix the chicken well with the sauce.

11   Serve!
