Ingredients required for KETO APPLE FRITTERS:

    2 Tablespoon Butter, melted

   2 Tablespoon Heavy Cream

   1 Egg

  2 Tablespoon Coconut Flour

  ½ teaspoon Baking Powder

  ¼ cup Zucchini, peeled and diced

  One Tablespoon of Brown Erythritol

  ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

  Oil for frying

  2 Tablespoon Powdered Erythritol

 2 Tablespoon Heavy Cream


1    For a delicious Keto-friendly take on traditional fritters, Start by lightly tossing shredded zucchini with brown erythritol and a dash of cinnamon.

2   Start by combining the butter, cream, egg, coconut flour and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk until all the ingredients’ are incorporated into a batter.
