Ingredients required for easy cookie recipes :
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
Half cup erythritol
1/4 cup golden monk fruit
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup rendered bacon fat (from cooking 1.5 pounds of bacon)
1/4 cup choc zero maple syrup
One egg
How to prepare Keto Maple Bacon Cookies:
1 In the first step, preheat your oven to 350C.
2 Now take a large bowl and add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, rendered bacon fat, and blend it into the food processor.
3 Please add all the remaining ingredients and make a smooth dough.
4 Now wrap this dough into plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours to set it aside.
5 After 2-3 hours, grease the baking sheet or parchment paper with melted butter and take a little piece of dough and roll it into a round shape and place it into parchment paper.
6 Do the same process with the remaining dough.
7 Bake it for 8-10 minutes or till it looks golden brown.
8 Crispy and crunchy keto bacon cookies are ready to eat.
