Keto Baked Blueberry Donuts, Easy & Quick Homemade Dessert

Keto Baked Blueberry Donuts. It was my first attempt at making Keto Blueberry Cake Donuts.It came out better than I excepted yummily!

Ingredients Required for Keto Baked Blueberry Donuts:

  • 1/1/2 cup of finely milled almond flour
  •  ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  •  ½ cup sugar substitute
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  ½ cup of full-fat sour cream
  •  3 eggs, room temperature
  •  1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
  •  1/4 cup of unsalted melted butter, cooled

   Keto Icing for Keto Blueberry Cake Donuts:

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter, cooled
  • ¾ cup of confectioners’ sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tablespoons of hot water

How to Prepare Blueberry Donuts Recipe:

1. Firstly preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Take two Donut pans and grease them well with melted butter.

3. Take a large bowl and add almond flour, coconut flour, sugar substitute, baking powder and salt and mix well till well combined.

4. Into the dry ingredients, we have to add sour cream, melted butter, vanilla extract, and three beaten eggs and mix well till well combined.

5. We have to Mix this batter by using an electric mixer till fully combined.

6. Now add frozen blueberries to the batter.

7. With the help of a pipe put the batter into the prepared baking Donut pans.

8. We have to fill Donut pans just to the rim as you did not know they don’t raise much.

9. Now bake this Donut for 20 to 25 minutes or till they are fully cooked or check with till toothpick comes out clean.

10. Now remove them from the oven and allow them to cool fully.

Keto icing:

1. Take a microwave bowl and melt butter in it. 

2. Then add in the same bowl sugar substitute, vanilla extract and sea salt and mix well and add hot water in it.

3. Then dip the Donut into the icing and set them on the baking rack to dry.

4. We can store this Donut in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
