Ingredients required for Keto Baked Cannelloni:

2 cups Spinach cooked weight

5 oz Cream cheese

¾ cup Parmesan grated

1 tablespoon Olive oil

4 medium Eggs

1 teaspoon Nutmeg ground

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons water

How to prepare Keto Cannelloni Recipe

1     Firstly preheat your oven to 190C

2    Then cook the spinach well till it is tender.

3    Then mix the cream cheese, half of the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper according to taste and then season it with nutmeg.

4    Take a small bowl and add beaten eggs, water and season with salt and pepper.

5   Take a frying pan and add olive oil to it.

6   When heated up the oil pour ¼ cup of the egg mixture.

7    You can see a small thin omelette.

8    Cook it from both sides.

9   Remove it and do the same process with the remaining batter.

10   With the help of a spoon place the spinach mixture on the edge of the omelette and roll it up.

11   Then place it in a shallow gratin dish and do the same for all the omelettes.

12   Sprinkle parmesan cheese and bake it for at least 20 to 25 minutes.

Do you boil cannelloni before baking?

There is no need to pre-cook your cannelloni. Just fill and bake.

How do you know when cannelloni is cooked?

To eat straight away, heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and cook for 40-45 mins until the pasta is tender and topping golden. Defrost frozen cannelloni thoroughly, and then cook as above for 50 mins-55 mins.
