Keto Beef  Chimichanga. These Keto Beef and Cheese Chimichanga Recipes were so super yummy! These are always a hit with my family. So I thought I would share how I make them. It is a delicious low-carb Baked Beef Chimichanga Recipe dessert that has 5 net carbs. Plus, it takes only minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients required for Keto Beef Chimichanga:

For Beef:

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 pounds boneless beef roast, excess fat trimmed
  • 1 cup beef broth or stock
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • 1 can (about 4 ounces) of diced green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons mineral salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Other Ingredients:
  • 8 low carb tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Toppings of choice

How to make beef chimichangas:

For Beef: 

1     Take a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil to it.

2    When heated up the oil add beef and cook till it turns golden brown in colour.




3    Then take a pressure cooker and add beef and beef ingredients in it and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 hours.

Making Chimichangas: Keto Beef  Chimichanga

1.  Take a plate and add a paper towel to it and set it aside.

2.  In the skillet we have placed the meat in we have to add two tablespoons of avocado oil in it and reheat it on low heat.

3.  When the oil is heating up we have to microwave the tortillas for a minute.

4.  Then add ¼ to ½ cup of meat into each warm tortilla and then fold it shut.

5.  In the preheated oil we have to place as many Chimichangas as we fit and cover it with a splatter screen.




6.  Take a pan and fry the Chimichangas till it turns golden brown flip it and cook well from each side.
7.  Now remove the Chimichangas from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.

8.  Serve and enjoy!
