Ingredients required for KETO BERRY TIRAMISU CAKE:


   6 large eggs separated

   Erythritol 1 to 1.5 cup/130 g to 195 g/4.6 oz. to 6.9 oz.

  Almond flour 2 cups/210 g/7.4 oz.

   Baking powder ½ TBS

  Melted butter 150 g/5.3 oz.

  Vanilla powder ¼ teaspoon or 1 TBS liquid


   Mascarpone cheese 500 g/17.6 oz.

  Heavy whipping cream 1.5 cup/330 ml

   Powdered erythritol 6 TBS

  Rum 1 TBS (optional)


  Heavy whipping cream ¼ cup

  Rum 1 TBS (optional, use vanilla instead if avoiding alcohol)


  Strawberries 400 g/14 oz

  Blueberries 100 g/3.5 oz

How to prepare KETO BERRY TIRAMISU CAKE Recipe

1     Firstly we have to preheat our oven to 175C.

2    Then break up the egg whites from the yolks and then beat the egg whites with low carb sweetener till stiff peak forms.

3    Take a bowl and add almond flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix well till well combined.

4    Then add melted butter to it and mix well.

5    Then add egg yolks to it and mix everything.

6    Then carefully fold the egg white mixture.

7    Take 2 cake trays and grease both with melted butter. Pour the dough into cake trays and bake it for 10 to 15 minutes at 175 c or bake it till the toothpick comes out clean.

8     Allow the sponge cakes to cool down for one hour at least.

1`  Take a bowl and add mascarpone, heavy whipping cream, powdered low carb sweetener (erythritol), and vanilla and mix well till well combined.

2   Mix it till stiff peaks form.

Prepare Cream and Rum Soak:

1    Take a bowl and add heavy whipping cream and one tbsp… Of rum and vanilla and mix it well.

Tiramisu Assembly: KETO BERRY TIRAMISU CAKE Recipe

1     Take a plate and put the bottom layer of cake for serving.

2     With the help of a spoon spread half of the cream and soak the rum with the spoon.

3    Then spread half of the prepared mascarpone cream.

4    On the top of the cream add sliced strawberries and blueberries.

5    On top of the berries add more cream.

6    Then add a second cake sponge on top and divide the remaining soak.

7    Then add mascarpone cream and top it with berries.

8   Before serving add this to the fridge for 2 hours at least.
