Ingredients required for Keto Big Mac Bites and Dip:

    1 pound of ground beef

    1 tbsp. minced garlic

    ¼ cup onion, diced

   1 tsp. salt

   4 slices of American Cheese

   10 dill pickle slices

   Lettuce

   1-2 tbsps. olive oil

How to prepare Keto Big Mac Bites and Dip:

1    Firstly we have to cut cheese slices into four squares shape.

2    Then cut lettuce into large pieces.

3    If pickles are not sliced then slice them.

4    Take a large bowl and add beef, minced garlic, onion and a pinch of salt.

5    With your hands pinch a piece of the mixture and then roll it into a ball.

6    Place it into your palm and then press down and flatten it till it turns 1 inch thick.

7    Do the same process with the remaining dough.

8   Take a large pan over medium-high heat and add oil to it.

9   When heated up, cook patties for 1 to 2 minutes and cook well from both sides.

10   And then place one cheese slice on top and melt it slightly.

11   Put up the skewers by sliding on the pickle slice.

12   Then folded it up with lettuce square, cheese slice and burger patty.

13   Serve it with big mac sauce and enjoy.
