3 cups cooked and shredded chicken(375 g)
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
One jalapeño, chopped
1 cup taco sauce(260 g)
20 taco-size tortillas
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese(300 g)
3 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese(300 g)

How to prepare Keto Blooming Quesallida Ring:
1 First preheat your oven to 190C.
2 Take a baking sheet and add parchment paper to it.
3 Take a large bowl and add the chicken, onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and taco sauce and mix it well till well combined and set it aside.
4 Cut each tortilla into half and add two tablespoons of cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and chicken mixture into each tortilla half.
5 Now roll the tortillas into the shape of a cone and cut the edge.
6 Then place the glass into the centre of the baking sheet.
7 Make a ring around the glass with tortilla cones.
8 Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the layer.
9 At last, remove the glass from the centre of the ring.
10 Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes till the cheese is melted or the edges are crispy.
11 Move this into a serving plate, place the sauce of your choice, and enjoy!
