Ingredients required for keto quiche crust:

For the crust: quiche keto

½ Cups (168g) Almond flour

⅓ Cup (40g) Coconut Flour

1 large egg, whisked

1 Stick (112g) butter melted

½ teaspoon salt

For the filling: crustless quiche keto

6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

8 Ounces (226g) spinach (fresh or frozen)

½ cup (118mL) heavy cream

4 large eggs

1 cup (112g) shredded Cheddar cheese

⅓ Teaspoon salt

⅙ Teaspoon black pepper

How to prepare Keto Quiche recipe:


1   Firstly, you have to preheat your oven to 180C.

2   Take a large bowl and add almond flour, coconut flour and salt and then add beaten eggs and melted butter.

3   Now make a smooth dough with your hands and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

4   With your hands press the dough into a 9-inch pie dish.

5   Bake the crust.

6   Now take a baking sheet and parchment paper and grease with melted butter and you have to fill the baking sheet with dry beans or pie weights.

7   Now bake it for 10 minutes or till lightly brown.

8   Now we have to prepare the filling.

9   Take a skillet and cook the bacon over medium-high heat and stir well till well combined or cook it for 4-5 minutes or put it in a bowl.

10   Now add chopped onions for 2 minutes and add spinach and stir well.

11  Now transfer this onion and spinach mixture into the bowl and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

12   10 minutes later mix this into the browned bacon, heavy cream, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese and eggs.

13  Now pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.

14  Now bake this quiche for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 200c and bake it till the top is browned and till centre is set.

15  Now remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.

16  Cut into 6 slices and serve. keto quiche crustless
