Ingredients required for Keto Butter Burgers:
1 lb.80/20 ground beef or ground turkey
½ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ (1 oz.)red onion, finely chopped
1fresh jalapeño, cut into small pieces
1 (4 oz.)tomato, thinly sliced
1 (7 oz.)avocado, cut lengthwise
1butter head lettuce
8slices cheddar cheese
1½ oz. butter, in slices
How to prepare Keto Butter Burgers:
1 Firstly, we have to preheat the grill on medium-high heat with the lid down.
2 Take a bowl and add ground beef, salt and pepper according to taste.
3 Then chop the onions and cut the jalapeno into small pieces and we have to remove its seeds.
4 Add the onion and jalapeno to the meat and with your hands combine it.
5 Make hamburger patties per portion and then shape them into balls and with your hands slowly press down.
6 If you are cooking them into the grill pull them out of bit thicker because they cook very quickly.
7 Grill these patties for 4 to 5 minutes from both sides.
8 Leave them to rest for 8 to 10 minutes so the juices can settle.
9 Slice the tomato and cut the avocado accordingly and remove its pit.
Assemble: Keto Butter Burgers:
Take 3 -4 lettuce leaves for each burger and then place the burger in the middle and top with slices of cheese and a slice of butter.
Then add tomato and avocado and season it with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
