Ingredients required for Keto Cheese and Bacon Scrolls:
250 g mozzarella grated
65 g cream cheese
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
150 g Almond meal

50 g mozzarella shredded
50 g tasty cheese shredded
100 g bacon cooked and diced

How to prepare Keto Cheese and Bacon Scrolls:
1 Firstly preheat your oven to 180C.
2 Take a baking tray and add baking paper to it and grease it with melted butter.
3 Take a microwave-safe bowl and add cream cheese and cheese it and heat it for one minute till it melted well.
4 Then add beaten eggs and baking powder in it and stir well till well combined.
5 Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix it well tills well combined.
6 Flatten this dough onto a large 40 cm x 30 cm rectangle.
7 Spread this over bacon and top it with cheese.
8 Roll it tightly and cut it into 8 to 10 equal pieces.
9 Place into a prepared baking tray and bake it for 14 to 15 minutes or till it turns light brown in colour.
