Ingredients required for Keto Cheese Stuffed Taco Meatloaf:

2 lbs. ground beef

Two eggs

2 Tbsp. taco seasoning

1/2 cup almond flour

1 cup Mexican blend cheese

2 Tbsp. Rotel Tomatoes and Chillies

How to prepare Keto Cheese Stuffed Taco Meatloaf:

1     Take a large bowl and add ground beef, beaten eggs, taco seasoning, and almond flour and mix it well till well combined.

2    Take a loaf pan and add 2/3 of the meat mixture and create a pool, lining the bottom and sides.

3    On the top sprinkle cheese and cover the beef mixture and then add more beef and cheese on top.

4    Then sprinkle the rest cheese on top and add the tomatoes.

5   Cover it with foil and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

6   We have to remove the foil paper and continue baking it for another 10 to 15 minutes.

7   Before serving let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes.

8   Slice it and enjoy!
