Ingredients required for Keto Chicago Dip Pizza:
2 cups Almond Flour
1/4 cup Fine Parmesan Cheese
One tbsp. Psyllium Husk Powder
1 tsp. Baking Powder
6 tbsp. Cold Butter
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
1, 14.5 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
2 tsp. Italian Seasonings
One tsp. salt
1/4 Onion, grated
1-2 Garlic cloves minced
2 cups Fresh Grated Mozzarella Cheese
How to prepare Keto Chicago Dip Pizza:
1 Take a food processor and add almond flour, parmesan, baking powder, psyllium husk, and salt and blend it till it melted well.
2 Now we have to add sliced cold butter and pulses and blend it till it mixes into the dry ingredients.
3 Take an iron skillet and we have to gently press the Italian sausage into the base of the pan.
4 We have to cook it till it turns brown.
5 Gently flip it and cook it on another side.
6 When it cooks well we have to place this on towel paper to drain the grease.
7 In a pan over medium-high heat we have to add chopped tomatoes, grated onions, garlic, salt and Italian seasoning together.
8 With the help of a wooden scoop crushed the tomatoes and cook well.
9 Add the grated cheese and set it aside.
10 Now we have to cook the crust base in the oven.
11 First we have to preheat our oven to 200 degrees C.
12 then with the help of a fork poke holes across the entire crust and par-bake it for 15 minutes.
13 After par-baking we have to fill the pizza with the remaining layers.
14 First we have to layer it with cheese and then add the sausage patty then top it with sauce.
15 Now continue to bake it for 10- to 15 minutes.
16 Allow them to set it for 5 to 10 minutes. we can add extra cheese on top and serve.
