Ingredients required for Keto Chicken Croquettes Recipe:

    2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken

   Two, Tablespoons finely chopped onions

   2, Tablespoons finely chopped celery

   Half to 1 teaspoon of Celery Salt

  1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  1, Teaspoon parsley

  White Sauce:

  3/4 cup almond milk or chicken broth

  2, Tablespoons Oat Flour gluten-free

  2, Teaspoons butter

 Breading:

 1/3-1/2 cup Oat Flour

 One, Egg

 1, Tablespoon water

 1 1/3 cups blended pork rinds

How to prepare Keto Chicken Croquettes Recipe:

1     Make delicious keto-friendly croquettes with this easy recipe! 

2    In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, onions, celery & spices. In a blender cup, blend almond milk, oat flour, and butter until combined; cook in the microwave or on the stovetop until thickened.

3    Once cool, combine with the other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight until thoroughly chilled. Once chilled and ready to prepare, shape the croquettes using 1/4 cup of the mixture per croquette. 

4   Dip each one in a beaten egg mixture then into crushed pork rinds & place on a baking sheet. 

5    Bake at 375 degrees F (190 C) for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Enjoy!

        Store Any Leftovers Properly:

1    The leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and kept in the fridge for up to four days. 

2    Alternatively, you can also freeze the cooked croquettes and reheat them when you are ready to eat.

3    To freeze, let the croquettes cool completely.

4   Place them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until frozen solid. 

5    Then move them to a plastic freezer bag and store them for 3, Months. 

6    To reheat, preheat the oven to 350°F and bake frozen croquettes for 15 minutes or until heated through.
