Ingredients required for Keto Chicken Parmigiana:

4 Chicken Thighs approximately 1lb/450g

1 large Egg

One tablespoon Heavy Cream

1 tablespoon Water

¾ cup Parmesan Cheese powdered

¼ cup unflavoured protein powder

2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon White Pepper ground

3′ Tablespoons Lard Tallow” Olive” Oil’ can also be used

½ cup keto marinara sauce

1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

How to prepare Keto Chicken Parmigiana:

1    Firstly preheat your oven to 10C.

2   With the help of meat, a mallet tenderizer pounds the chicken thighs into an even thickness.

3   Take a bowl and add beaten eggs, heavy cream, and water it and mix it well till well combined.

4   Take another bowl and add the parmesan, protein powder, oregano, garlic powder, and white pepper and mix it well.

5   Then move this into a flat base pan or plate.

6   Into the Egg mixture’ dip chicken thigh & then Dip into parmesan breading.

7   On both sides’ press, the breading & do the same process with other thigh fillets.

8   Take a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add oil to it.

9   Then fry the breaded chicken for 2 to 3 minutes or till each side turns golden brown & then place this into a a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

10   With the help of a spoon Top, with marinara sauce & top with mozzarella cheese.

11   Bake it for at least 15 to 2o minutes till the cheese is golden & the the chicken is cooked well

12   Serve it with cauliflower mash & enjoy!
