Ingredients required for keto chocolate chia pudding:

2 cups Heavy cream (divided into 1/4 cup and 1 3/4 cup)

1 1/2 tsp. unflavoured gelatin powder

1/3 cup Besti powder Erythritol

One/4 cup Cocoa powder

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

2 tsp. vanilla extract

How to prepare chocolate pudding keto:

1      Take a bowl and add ¼ cup of heavy cream and sprinkle the gelatin powder on top and mix together with hand            mixer or electric mixer well and set it aside.

2     Take a saucepan over medium high heat and add heavy cream, powdered sweetener, cocoa powder and sea salt             and stir well for 5 minutes continuously till the mixture is smooth.

3     Remove the saucepan from heat add vanilla extract and mix well.

4    Now add the gelatin powder and whisk together till smooth and dissolved.

5    Leave the pudding for rest for around 5 minutes.

6    Now cover the cooled pudding with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
