Ingredients required for Cinnamon muffin
2 ½ Cups almond flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
½ Cup Granular Sweetener
3 Large Eggs, Beaten
8 Ounces Greek Yogurt

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
½ Stick Butter
½ Cup Granulated Sweetner
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to Prepare Cinnamon muffin recipe:

1. Preheat your oven to 370 F and grease with butter 12 cup muffin pan.

2. Take a large bowl and add almond flour, baking soda, salt, and sweetener and whisk all together properly. Now add beaten eggs Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract and stir well.

3. With the help of scoop pour the batter into muffin cups. And bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or till it look golden brown.

4. Let it cool for 10 minutes at least before removing.

5. Take a small bowl and mix the half cup of cinnamon and sweetener.

6. Take a small pan and melt the butter and we have to dip the muffins top in to the melted butter followed by the cinnamon and sweetener.
7. Serve time.
