My kids loved these today! Really easy! They are melting in your mouth. These cheesy crescents roll is a perfect easy dinner. These keto crescents roll are extremely soft with a pinch of crispness. It is a great treat to share at all your holiday gatherings!

Ingredients required for Keto Cream Cheese Crescents:

6 oz. (170g) shredded mozzarella
2 oz. (55g) cream cheese

1 egg
1 and ½ cups (150g) almond flour
2 tbsps. Golden Flaxseed meal
1 Tbsps. baking powder
Half tsp. salt
1 tsp. yeast (optional)
½ tsp. xanthan gum

8 slices ham, patted dry
8 slices cheese

3 Tbsps. butter, melted
1 tsp. Worcestershire seeds
One tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dried minced onion
¼ tsp. poppy seeds

How to prepare Keto Cream Cheese Crescents:

1   Firstly you have to preheat your oven to 175C. To make dough

2  Take a microwave bowl and add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and melt it for 90 seconds.
If required microwave it for 30 seconds.

3  Now take a food processor bowl and move this melted cheese into the bowl and add beaten eggs and melt it till well combined.

4   Now add dry ingredients into the dough and blend it till it comes together.

5   Now we have to roll the dough into a large rectangle of 14×10″.

6   We have to trim off the edges to make them straight and cut them into 8 triangles.

7   Take a baking sheet and add parchment paper and grease it with melted butter.

8   Now we have to make a triangle of dough and top it with one slice of ham and one slice of cheese and roll up carefully to the point and place it on a baking sheet.

9   Do the remaining process with the remaining ingredients.

10  Now bake it for 10-12 minutes or till Crescents are well browned from the edges.

11   Now mix together all the topping ingredients.

12  Remove crescents from the oven and with the help of a spoon top over each crescent and then return into the oven and bake it for 5 to 6 minutes.

13  Allow them to cool before serving!
