Ingredients required for Keto Donut Holes:

For the keto Donut holes

   64 g almond flour

   28 g coconut flour

    1 tablespoon psyllium husk very finely ground

    1 teaspoon xanthan gum

   240 ml water

    57 g grass-fed unsalted butter or coconut oil/ghee

    3 tablespoons erythritol or xylitol*

   1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

    3 eggs lightly beaten

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 teaspoon baking powder

For the glaze

   Half cup powdered sweetener

    1 teaspoon heavy cream

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    water as needed (about 1 tablespoon)

For the cinnamon ‘sugar’ coating

    2 tablespoons grass-fed unsalted butter or ghee/coconut oil, melted

   1/2  cup allulose xylitol or sweetener of choice, to taste

   2 teaspoons cinnamon to taste

Special equipment

   Pastry bag or plastic bag

   Doughnut hole pan optional

 How to prepare Keto Donut Holes:

1 First take a bowl and add almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, and xanthan gum and stir well.

2   Take pot over medium-high heat and add one cup of water, grass-fed butter, sweetener, and kosher salt and mix well till well combined.

3    When the water starts bubbling add flour mixture and cook well till the dough pulls away from the pan and forms into a ball.

4    Transfer this to a bowl and let it cool down for 5 minutes.

5    Now in the same bowl add three beaten eggs and with an electric mixer beat them well.

6    Then in the same bowl add vanilla extract, and baking powder and stir well.

7     Now put this dough into the plastic bag or piping bag and cut out the bottom of the piping bag on the Donut hole pan pour it one by one and bake it at 200C for 20 to 25 minutes or till it turns golden brown colour.

8   When it bakes let it cool down.

For the glaze  (or coating!)

1.  Take a bowl and add heavy cream, vanilla extract, water and powdered sweetener and stir well till it reached into desired consistency.

2.  Now one by one put Donuts into the bowl.


3.  Your Donut holes are ready to serve.
