Keto Fried Mozzarella Sticks, Easy & Yummy Home Recipe

Keto Fried Mozzarella Sticks were so delicious my son would not believe me when I told him I made them! Wow! So simple I literally made this in 15 minutes. Seriously addicted to these homemade Cheese Sticks Keto!

Crispy on the outside oozing with cheese in the middle. Would you believe these mozzarella sticks are gluten-free and low-carb?

Ingredients required for Keto Mozzarella Sticks:

6 pieces of string cheese

One large egg beaten

¼ cup almond flour

¼ cup Parmesan cheese the powdered kind in a can

1 tablespoon coconut flour

One teaspoon of Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt coarse Kosher salt works best


How to prepare Keto Fried Mozzarella Sticks:


1   In the first step cut the string cheese into the half piece. Here I am using 6 string cheese pieces.

2   Take a bowl and add one beaten egg and whisk it well.

3    Take a sandwich bag and add almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and blend it by shaking a bag.

4    Now dip each mozzarella slice into the beaten egg and then coat into the sandwich bag.

5    Do the same process with the remaining slices.

6    Now refrigerate it for 1 hour to set it.

7    Take a skillet and add oil over medium-high heat when heated up the oil keep the flame a little low then add the mozzarella sticks into the oil and fry it for 3-4 minutes and flip on the other sides and fry it till it cooks well.

8   Serve on a plate and enjoy with low carb sauce.
