Keto Hamburger Bake. I love this Easy Keto Hamburger Casserole, they are perfect for dinner any night of the week.

Your weeknight dinner just got a lot easier. My husband has started a diet and I indulged him with this hamburger casserole I can say wow, just wow! It is absolutely delicious and now my new obsession!

Ingredients required for Keto Hamburger Bake:

    1½ pounds of ground beef 

    2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for the pan

   1 teaspoon onion powder

   One teaspoon of garlic powder

  1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

   1 tablespoon tomato paste sugar-free

  ½ teaspoon ground pepper

  1 teaspoon salt

  3 eggs

  ½ cup heavy cream

 1½ cups cheddar grated

 3 cups green beans canned or frozen

How to prepare Keto Hamburger Casserole:

1     Take a baking dish and grease it with olive oil and set it aside.

2     Preheat your oven to 350F.

3     Take a large bowl and add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, ground pepper and a pinch of salt and mix well till well combined.

4     Take a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to it.

5     When heated up the oil add ground beef and cook it for 10 minutes or till it turns into brown colour or till it cooks well.

6     Then add the cooked ground beef mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread 3 cups of canned or frozen green beans on the top of the beef.

7     Take a bowl and add 3 beaten eggs and add half a cup of cream and a pinch of salt in it.

8     Then pour this mixture over the meat and on the top spread half cup of grated cheddar and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or till the cheese is golden brown in colour.



9     Enjoy this dish!
