Ingredients required for Low Carb Garlic Pull Apart Bread
1 recipe Sourdough Keto Baguettes
1/4cup butter, melted (57 g/ 2 oz.)
One clove of garlic, minced
1/2cup grated parmesan cheese or other Italian hard cheese (45 g/ 1.6 oz.)
Half cup shredded cheddar cheese (57 g/ 2 oz.)
1/2cup shredded mozzarella cheese (57 g/ 2 oz.)
2 tbsp. chopped fresh sage
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
2 tsp. dried oregano
How to prepare Keto Cheese and Garlic crack bread:
1 Firstly preheat your oven to 175c 350 °F (fan assisted).
2 Now we have to make Martina’s Keto Sourdough Baguettes.
3 Add almond milk and lemon juice and mix it together for the buttermilk.
4 When you reach step 4 alternatively of making the baguettes onto a baking tray.
5 Give them shapes and make balls.
6 Before making the balls wet your hands first.
7 Take a bowl and add garlic and melted butter together in one bowl.
8 In a bowl mix the cheese and grease in an oven-proofed pan.
9 Firstly roll each ball into the garlic butter mix and then mix into the cheese mixture till it is well coated.
10 Now place these balls into the pan.
11 Bake it for 10 minutes only and reduce the oven temperature to 150 c and bake it for another 10 to 15 minutes or check with till toothpick comes out clean.
12 When it is done remove it from the oven and allow it to cool fully.
