You do not have to follow a keto diet to love this pizza. It is delicious. I have made this twice and loved it! This is seriously one of the best keto recipes I have ever made!

Ingredients required for Keto Sheet Pan Pizza:

    ½ pound sweet Italian sausage, removed from casings

   2 tablespoons cream cheese

   1 cup Almond Flour

   ¼ cup Coconut Flour

   1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

   ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

   2 whole large eggs

Toppings: Keto Sheet Pan Pizza

   1 tablespoon olive oil

   One medium onion, sliced

   1 medium Bell pepper sliced, (any bell pepper, green, red, yellow or orange)

   8 ounces of baby spinach

   2 tablespoons fresh garlic passed through a garlic press

   ½ cup Pizza sauce (leaving out the sugar)

   ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

   2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

How to prepare Keto Sheet Pan Pizza:

1 First preheat your oven to 375degrees F.

2     Take a large bowl and add the uncooked sausage meat, cream cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and add beaten eggs.

3    Take a sheet pan (13*9) and grease it with melted butter.

4   Put the mixture into the pan and spread all over around.

5   Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

6   Then bake it for 10 to 12 minutes.

7   Take a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil to it.

8    When heated up the oil add chopped onions, and peppers and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes till it softens.

9   Then add spinach and cook it for a minute to wilt.

10   Then add garlic and remove from heat.

11   Spread pizza sauce on the bottom, when the crust comes out of the oven.

12   Then top it with cooked vegetables from the pan, sprinkle on cheddar and mozzarella and bake it for around 20 to 25 minutes.

13   Slice and serve!
