Keto Strawberry Pretzel Dessert. Just hopping on here to let you all know that I made this yesterday and it is so good!

It is perfect to make for a summer cookout. Top it with a cool whip and enjoy! The crust gives you the taste of a pretzel and for a large slice it is 0. gram net carbs!

My whole family loved it! It is very delicious and easy to make. It is even a hit with those not on low carb! I love the strawberry pretzel dessert and this little treat is the low-carb keto version.

Ingredients required for Keto Strawberry Pretzel Dessert


     1/4 cup butter

    2 tbsp xylitol

    1/2 tsp salt

   1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

   1/2 cup almond flour

CREAM CHEESE LAYER: Keto Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

    3/4 cup whipping cream

    1/2 cup xylitol

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

   1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese softened


     1 lb. fresh strawberries

     1 packet or 1 tbsp. unflavoured gelatin

   1/4 cup cold water

    1/4 cup boiling water

   2 Raspberry Zinger tea bags

   1 tbsp. xylitol

   1  tbsp. lemon juice

 How to prepare Low Carb Strawberry “Pretzel” Dessert:

1     Firstly preheat your oven to 350F.

2    Take a medium saucepan over medium-high heat melt butter in it and add xylitol till salt and sweetener are dissolved and then remove it from heat.

3   Then add chopped pecans and almond flour till well combined.

4   Press this dough into an 8 by 8 baking dish and bake it for 10 to 15 minutes or till it turns golden brown and let it cool fully.

Filling: Keto Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

1     Take a bowl and add whipping cream, xylitol and vanilla extract and mix it together till it is stiff.

2    Take a bowl and add softened cream cheese and beat it till it is light and fluffy.

3    Fold it in whipped cream till it is smooth and then spread it into a cooled crust.

4    Keep it in the fridge.

5   Slice the strawberry and arrange it on top of the cream cheese layer.

6   For making strawberry jello:

7   Take a bowl and spread the gelatin over cold water.

8    Take a bowl pour boiling water over xylitol and add two raspberry zinger bags.

9   Stir it till the sweetener is dissolved and the water turns into red colour.

10   Remove tea bags and pour softened gelatin and stir it for 3 minutes.

11   Then stir it in lemon juice.

12   Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes and pour over strawberries.

13   Keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to set.

14   Enjoy!
