Ingredients required for the Keto Stuffed Garlic Bread recipe:
1batch easy keto dough(we will share below keto dough recipe)
3 ounces sliced capicola or prosciutto
3 ounces sliced salami or pepperoni
3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1egg yolk, beaten

2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups superfine blanched almond flour
One teaspoon of psyllium husk powder
1 large egg
How to prepare Keto Stuffed Garlic Bread
1 Firstly take a microwave bowl and add shredded cheese and cream cheese and melt it till it melted fully.
2 Now we have to remove it from the oven and add a spatula and stir well till the cheese is fully combined.
3 Now in the same bowl add almond flour, psyllium husk powder (sprinkle don’t dump), and beaten eggs to the cheese mixture and mix well till it is well combined.
4 Knead the dough with your hands for 4 to 5 minutes till the dough has a smooth consistency.
5 Cover it with a paper towel.
Preparation method for Keto Stuffed Garlic Bread
1 Firstly we have to preheat your oven to 400degress and 200 F degrees C.
2 Now take a parchment paper and press the dough into a rectangle shape.
3 Now put the slices of capicola and prosciutto on two-thirds of the surface.
4 Take a large bowl and add cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, tomato paste, oregano, red pepper flakes and garlic powder and mix well till well combined.
5 With the help of a spoon fill the meat into the bottom half of the rectangle.
6 Now carefully roll this bread from the bottom and press down firmly and then roll it for one more time and make it into a rectangle shape.
7 Brush it with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle a pinch of pink salt and red pepper flakes.
8 Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes till it cooks well or tills it looks golden brown.
9 You can check it until till toothpick comes out clean.
10 Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
11 You can store it in an airtight container for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
