Keto Tahini Bread. I finally made Tahini Keto Bread, more like slider buns. They taste great. Do you want to try my keto-friendly tahini bread? Ingredients required for Keto Tahini Bread:

1 1/2 cups tahini

4 eggs

1 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

3/4 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. coconut sugar or any granulated sugar

1 1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. 

freshly ground black pepper optional*

1/2 tsp. ground oregano optional*

1 tsp. Hungarian paprika optional*

2 tbsp. chia seeds

2 tbsp. sunflower seeds 1 tbsp. for the batter, 1 tbsp. for sprinkling on top

1 tbsp. sesame seeds for sprinkling on top


How to prepare Tahini Bread:

1    Firstly preheat your oven to 350F.

2    Take a loaf pan and add parchment paper and grease it with melted butter and set it aside.

3    Take a bowl and put all the ingredients and stir well till well combined.

4    Then pour this mixture into the loaf pan and spread seeds on top.

5    Then bake it for around 30 to 35 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean or till it turns into golden brown colour.

6    Allow them to cool fully before serving.

7    Slice with a knife and enjoy!
