Ingredients required for Keto Wonton Mozzarella Sticks:

12 pieces of string cheese

12 large egg roll wrappers (see note)

Oil for deep-fat frying

Marinara or spaghetti sauce

How to prepare Keto Wonton Mozzarella Sticks:

1    Take one egg roll wrapper and place a piece of string cheese into the bottom corner of the wrapper.

2    Now fold the bottom corner over the cheese.

3    Roll it up halfway, fold the sides towards the centre over cheese, and roll it tightly to seal the edges.

4    Do the same process with the remaining wrappers and cheese.

5    Take a deep skillet and add oil to it.

6    When heated up the oil add fry sticks and fry it till it turns golden brown in colour.

7   Drain it on paper towels and serve it with keto sauce.

8   Enjoy!
