Ingredients required for Keto Zucchini Crackers:
2 large zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil or any good quality oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to prepare Keto Crispy Zucchini Chips:
1 Firstly we have to preheat our oven to 115C.
2 Take a baking sheet and add parchment paper to it and grease it with melted butter.
3 Then slice the zucchini into thin slices.
4 With the help of a paper towel pat the zucchini to dry to make sure all moisture is removed.
5 Take a large bowl and move the zucchini into the bowl and add olive oil, a pinch of salt and mix it with your hands till the zucchini is lightly oiled.
6 Then place the zucchini on a baking sheet and bake it for 40 to 45 minutes till it turns crispy and golden brown.
7 Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
8 Serve and enjoy with low-carb sauce.
