Ingredients required for Lemon Blueberry Keto Bread:

 2 and a half cups of finely milled flour


1 cup of sugar substitute

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

8 whole eggs

8 ounces of room-temperature full-fat cream cheese




2 teaspoons of lemon extract

1/2 cup of room-temperature unsalted butter

2 cups of fresh or frozen whole blueberries

1 tablespoon of lemon zest

Keto Lemon Glaze Lemon Blueberry Keto Bread

¾ cup of confectioners’ sugar substitute




3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon of lemon extract

2 teaspoons of lemon zest

How to prepare Keto Blueberry lemon Bread:

1  Firstly preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2  Take a 10*5 inch loaf pan and grease it with melted butter.




3  Take a medium-sized bowl then add almond flour in it and add baking powder, and sea salt stir well till well combined and then set it aside.

4  Take a large bowl using an electric hand-held mixer or stand-up mixer blend the butter, cream cheese, and sugar substitute and mix it well till well combined or till it is light fluffy.

5  Then add 8 beaten eggs one at a time and scrape the bowl many times.

6  Then add lemon extract and lemon zest.

7  To the wet batter add dry ingredients and mix well till well combined.




8 Then fold the blueberries into the bread batter.

9 Then spread the batter into greased pan.

10 Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean.

11 Let it cool fully before taking it out of the pan.

12 Then put this in the refrigerator for 40 to 45 minutes.

13 You can keep this in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

 Keto Lemon Glaze:

1  To make the lemon glaze add confectioner’s substitute, lemon juice, lemon extract, lemon zest and heavy whipping cream.

2  Stir it well and tills well combined.
