Low Carb Cannelloni delicious and Homemade keto Recipe

This recipe is absolutely quick to make with just a few ingredients.

This recipe is very simple and easy to and it only required a few ingredients to make it.


Ingredients required for Low carb cannelloni:


5cups my low-carb Marinara Sauce

1 teaspoon olive oil

1ounce onion finely chopped

2pounds ground beef

¼teaspoon salt

Cheese sauce

1tablespoon butter

1clove garlic minced

1cup heavy whipping cream

½cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6ounces cream cheese

¼cup grated Parmesan cheese

3tablespoon water

Zucchini Cannelloni

2 medium zucchini about 14 ounces, sliced lengthwise

2ounces shredded mozzarella

¼cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to prepare Low carb Cannelloni dessert:

Filling: cannelloni

1  Firstly you have to preheat your oven to 200C.

2   You have to take a non-stick pan and add oil.

3   When heated up the oil add the chopped onions and cook it for 2 minutes till it softens.

4   Now add the beef and break it with a wooden spoon till it is browned and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.

5    Now drain the fat.

6    Now add chopped garlic and cook it for one minute.

7     Then add 2 cups of tomato sauce and cook it on low flame for 5 minutes.

Cheese sauce: cannelloni recipe

1.  Take a clean non-stick pan and add butter when melted butter adds garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

2.  Now add the cream and half cup of mozzarella, cream cheese and half cup of parmesan cheese and stir well with a hand mixer till the cheese is fully melted.

3.   Now add 3-4 tablespoons of water or more cream and make it thick.

Zucchini: spinach cannelloni

1.  With the help of a knife cut the zucchini into slices and cut them into the shape they will become a roll.

Assembly: vegan cannelloni

1.  Take a baking dish and grease it with melted butter and add the remaining tomato sauce and top with 1/3 cup of cheese sauce.

2.  Now add the zucchini strip and one tablespoon of mixture.

3.  Do the same process with the remaining zucchini.

4.  Top with remaining cheese sauce and sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

5.  Bake it for 20-25 minutes till it cooks well or the cheese is bubbly and runny.
