For the chicken Breadcrumb Mixture

   4 chicken breasts

   1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional

   1 teaspoon paprika optional

   Half a teaspoon of garlic powder

   1 teaspoon salt

   1/2 teaspoon black pepper

   One tablespoon of olive oil

For the filling

    2 cups broccoli florets

   1/4 cup bell pepper minced

   1/2 cup cheddar cheese or melting cheese of choice

   4 ounces of cream cheese softened

   salt and pepper

How to prepare Low Carb Chicken And Broccoli Recipe:

1   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C):

In a large bowl combine the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and Italian seasoning, olive oil. Mix well. Add the broccoli florets and mix again until combined and the breadcrumb mixture is ready.

2   In a large bowl combine chicken breast with 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread half of the breadcrumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Arrange the chicken breasts on top of the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumb mixture over the chicken. Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

 3   Drain chicken and pat dry with paper towels:
