Who would think this would be a hit? A big huge hit. I had made this yesterday night and my hubby went crazy over it.

I really liked it too. It is so hearty and filling. casserole tastes great and so easy. It is a perfect recipe that everyone in the family enjoys. This is a meal that whoops comfort food.

Ingredients required for Low carb chilli dog casserole:

    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 2/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • Two  garlic cloves minced
    • 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar erythritol Swerve
  • One (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 8 beef hot dogs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese


How to prepare keto chilli dog casserole

1   Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease with melted butter casserole dish.

2   Take a non-stick pan over medium high heat and add ground beef, onion, and green paper and cook well and break it into parts.

3  Now add garlic, cumin powder, and chilli powder and cook well.


4   Add salt according to taste. Pepper, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar erythritol, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and beef broth and keep the gas simmer for around 10 minutes.

5   Now cut each hot dog in half and pour chilli mixture on top.

6  Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake it for 10-15 minutes till it cooked well.
