Ingredients required for Low Carb Chocolate Pound Cake

· 2/Half cups of finely milled almond flour

· Half cup cocoa powder

 Two teaspoons of instant coffee

· Three teaspoons of baking powder

· 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

 Two and ¼ cups of sugar substitute

· .8 tablespoons of unsalted butter, room temperature

· 7 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature

· .8 eggs, room temperature

· 2 ounces of baking chocolate melted

Chocolate Ganache Low Carb Chocolate Pound Cake

· ¼ cup of unsalted butter melted

· 2 ounces of baked chocolate

· .3 tablespoons of confectioners’ sugar substitute

· .2 tablespoons of coconut oil

How to prepare Keto Chocolate Pound Cake:

1     Firstly preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

2    Take 8-inch loaf pans and grease them with melted butter.

3    Take medium size bowl and add almond flour, cocoa powder, instant coffee, baking powder, and salt and mix it well till well combined and set it aside.

4    Take a large bowl & add softened butter and sugar substitute in it & beat it well till it is light and fluffy.

5    Then add the cream cheese and mix it well tills well combined.

6    Then add one beaten egg in it & mix it well and add all the dry ingredients in it, till well combined.

7    Finally, add melted baking chocolate and beat this mixture till fully combined.

8    Now pour this batter into prepared loaf pans and bake it for 50 to 60 minutes or till it is done well.

9    Then allow this cake to cool for half an hour or till it is fully cool
