Ingredients required for Low Carb Kielbasa Broccoli Bake:

    Sausage, Pork, Fresh

    Broccoli, Raw

  Olive Oil

  Heavy Cream

 Cheddar Cheese

  Vegetable Broth, Bouillon or Consommé

  Salt, Sea Salt

  Black Pepper

   Spices Nutmeg Ground

How to prepare Low Carb Kielbasa Broccoli Bake:

1   Firstly preheat your oven to 375 F.

2  Take a large pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil to it.

3   Then add the sausages and cook them till it turns brown colour.

4   When sausage is browning add broccoli into a medium pan and cover it with water and keep the flame simmering for 3 to 4 minutes till it is tender.

5   Drain the water and set it aside.

6   Take a small saucepan and add vegetable stock, cream, half a cup of grated cheddar and add the nutmeg over low heat.

7   Keep the flame simmering till it is thickened.

8   Then add the sausage and broccoli to oven proof dish and season it with salt and pepper.

9   Now pour the cheese sauce over the broccoli and top it with the remaining grated cheese.

10  Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes till it is golden and bubbling and sausage is cooked well.

11   Enjoy this delicious dish!
