Ingredients required for Low Carb Lemon Cake Recipe:

1 cup cream cheese

6 tablespoon butter softened

6 eggs

¾ cup joy-filled eat sweetener

¼ cup lemon juice

2 ½ cup Almond flour

½ cup Coconut flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon lemon zest

½ cup erythritol powder

1 tablespoon butter at room temperature

1 teaspoon lemon extracts or zest

2 teaspoon water

 How to prepare Keto Lemon Crunch Cake:

1  Preheat your oven to 180C. Take a loaf pan and parchment paper and grease with melted butter.

2   Take a large bowl and add cream cheese, butter, and sweetener and blend it with a hand mixer or electric mixer till well combined.

3   Now add the beaten eggs, lemon juice, flour, baking powder and zest and mix well till well combined.

4   Now put this batter into the loaf pan and bake it for 40-45 minutes till the edges are golden brown.

5   When baked properly leave it for 10 minutes to cool down to cool fully.

6   Cut into slices and enjoy cake!
