Ingredients Required for Low Carb Mozzarella Bread:

  •  2 lbs. (8 cups) of mozzarella cheese


  • 4 oz. (½ cup) cream cheese
  • 4 cups (1 lb.) almond flour
  • 2 tbsps. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar 5%
  • 4 eggs



Garlic Butter Mozzarella Cheese Bread Recipe: 

  • 2 oz. butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 3 tbsps. fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. sea salt

How to Prepare Mozzarella Bread Keto:

1. In the first step preheat your oven to 230C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with melted butter.

2. Take a microwave bowl and add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and melt it for one minute or more.

3. Take a large bowl, add almond flour and baking powder, and mix well until well combined.
4. Now add beaten eggs, vinegar, and almond flour to the melted cheese and mix well till a smooth dough forms.



5. You can knead the dough with your hands to make a smooth dough.

6. Now roll the dough into a thick sausage shape around 2 inches thick.



7. Then divide the dough into several parts and make it into bun shapes.

8. Now put these buns into parchment paper and bake them for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Garlic Butter procedure: Low Carb Mozzarella Bread

1. Take a pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and add the garlic.

2. Now brush the baked bread with the garlic butter.

3. Top up with sea salt and parsley.



4. Serve warm
