Ingredients required for Low Carb Taco Meat Recipe

Taco Shells

6 cheese taco shells (or your favourite)

Ground Beef Taco Meat Low Carb Taco Meat Recipe

1 pound lean ground beef

1 recipe low carb taco seasoning (use 2 tbsp. or all depending on your taste)

2 tomato paste

1/2cup beef broth (or 1/2 cup water with 1/2 tsp. beef base)

salt and pepper to taste

Toppings (Use what you like) Low Carb Taco Meat Recipe

2 cups chopped lettuce

1 medium avocado, sliced (toss with lemon or lime juice)

1/2 cup salsa

Half cup sour cream

1/2 cup shredded cheese

1/4 cup purple onion, minced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)

How to prepare Low Carb Taco Meat Recipe

1     Firstly wash the lettuce and cilantro and then chop them finely.

2    Then slice the avocado and squeeze lime or lemon juice to avoid browning. Mince onion. Have salsa, sour cream and shredded cheese ready.

3   Take pan over medium-high heat and then add ground beef to it.

4    With the help of a spatula break down the ground beef into a crumble and cook till it is cooked well.

5    Then add the taco seasoning into it and it cooks well.

6    Now we have to add tomato paste to it.

7    Then add beef broth to it and cook it on low flame.

8    Season it with salt and pepper according to taste.

9    Take 6 cheese taco shells and divide the seasoned taco meat into them.

10   You can fill the shells with your favourite toppings.

11    We can keep this in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

12   Serve and enjoy!
